I show up as my human self first, and as a therapist second. I believe all humans have an inherent birthright to access their healing potential. I also believe all humans are worthy and capable of growth. And, I'm committed to providing a safe and affirming space where your healing can be nourished. 

Life can be hard & we all deserve a little help. You don't need to figure everything out by yourself. I believe, wholly in every fiber of my being and body, that we are designed to do this life with oodles of support, tenderness, love and a
